25-minute Ongoing Session: $225
45-minute Initial Evaluation: $375
All payments are due in full on the day of service provided, regardless of your insurance status. If you have out-of-network benefits, we will provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance company. Please remember, it is your responsibility to file all claims for reimbursement for an out-of-network service with your insurance company. We accept all credit and debit cards including those cards that are part of a flexible spending plan through your employer.
If you are late for an appointment, you will be seen for the remainder of your scheduled time and charged for the full session as scheduled.
Please note that we do have a 48-hour cancellation policy. We understand that things come up, and sometimes the need to reschedule or cancel arises. Please communicate with us by phone at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment if you wish to reschedule or cancel.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice and appointments missed without notice will be billed at the regular rate for the time that was reserved for you. These charges are not billable to your insurance and will ultimately be the responsibility of the patient. All no show charges will need to be paid before your next appointment
All charges are due the day of service and payable by cash, check, or credit/debit. Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. There will be a $50 processing fee for returned checks.
